Purpose:
Our vision is to develop mature disciples of Christ in relational environments. The most vital relational environment is a healthy small group focused on the mission of God. The best way to get connected and grow at GCF is to plug in to a small group. Groups are a place where safe relationships are built, accountability is offered, and encouragement and teaching exist.
What's the point?
The purpose of each group is to help people grow as a disciple of Christ. We define small groups as 3 to 18 people. When groups reach 18 people it's difficult for the leader to shepherd and meet the needs of the entire group. Therefore, we branch groups when they reach this number.
What About Kids?
Each group is different in how they handle children. Some have children, but some do not. No matter what group you are involved in we will help structure childcare needs.
